Produced on automatic lines imported from Germany, featuring fluorine-free polyurethane foam formed by constant temperature continuous foaming. Density ≥45kg/m³ with a thermal insulation coefficient K≤0.5W/m2ºC. The panels use 0.5mm Bao-Steel galvanized steel with electrostatic polyester paint, ensuring no fading for over 15 years.
Equipped with an Electronic Limiting Motor (380V/220V) displaying fault codes and cycle counts. Features include temperature-sensitive relay protection, emergency stop functions, and a manual sprocket for safety. Standard wireless remote control works up to 100m.
Includes broken cable safety devices and broken torsion spring devices that stop the door within 20cm upon failure. A wireless safety airbag system ensures the door rebounds upon meeting resistance to protect personnel and goods.
